Surveillance

For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with Digital Video Surveillance.

Pricing

Prices of Service and other Charges are displayed on the Price List.  All Prices are subject to change without notice. Please see staff onsite for current prices and services. 

Methods of Payment

We accept Cash and all Major Credit Cards ($10 minimum charge for credit card payment). Personal checks are not accepted.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.  Gift Certificates are not redeemable if lost or stolen. We are not liable to redeem any Gift Certificates that are presented for redemption after the expiry date.

Services Satisfaction 

We have a NO REFUND policy on services completed at our salon.  We will not offer any refunds on credits because you have simply changed your mind.  In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us immediately after we have performed the service.  We will fix it to meet your expectation.  No complaints will be accepted after you have left the Salon.

If your nails become scratched or misshaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service. You must arrange an appointment to have you nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service.

We will redo any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work.

As soon as you have walked out the salon door, this means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.  We will charge you the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to perform because of damage that you have caused.  

Child Safety

Children are ONLY permitted in the Spa area when receiving a service. For safety and insurance liability, children under 8 years old must be supervised by an adult and remain in the Lobby.  You are liable for any damages caused by your children in the Salon. 

For Your Protection

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. 

Health Issues

We request that you inform us of any current injury, illness, and medical conditions prior to any services.  This is to ensure whether or not service can be safely performed.  We are not liable for any harms that could be caused by our service if you do not inform us before the service begins.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone.
